    These FAQs pertain to H.E.R., our brick and mortar massage and body treatment space.  Please call or email if you need further explanation.

    When you first step through the door, you’ll feel the embrace of the nurturing and healing energy that embodies H.E.R. You’ll undoubtedly appreciate this one-of-a- kind experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, at peace and in anticipation of your next visit.

    If it’s your first time visiting you should arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to fill out your client questionnaire form.  This form is an important requirement for service, as it helps your therapist know more about you and thus be able to provide better treatment for your individual needs.  The form asks about your preferences, reasons for visiting and any medical information that might affect your appointment.

    Generally, it’s best to arrive at least 10 minutes early to unwind and take a few breaths before your service begins.  At the time of your appointment, you’ll be greeted and welcomed into your treatment area where you’ll prepare for your service.

    Please note that at H.E.R. we are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable, professional service that meets only the highest standards of the industry. It is our goal to create and maintain an environment in which both our guests and our treatment providers always feel respected, valued, and safe. Our massage therapists are trained to ensure that every guest is properly and modestly draped at all times throughout the massage. Massage is not performed on the breasts, stomach, buttocks, or inner thighs.

    Once your treatment is finished, you are encouraged to rest for a few moments.  Your therapist will then help you check out and transition back to reality at the end of your experience.

    Memberships are not required to enjoy a visit, but H.E.R. members do enjoy extended benefits. We invite you to request additional information by visiting the H.E.R. page on our website or calling for more information.

    Yes. Reservations are required to receive treatments. Reservations can be made by clicking here or by calling 310.272.5900.

    There is convenient parking in the building.  Parking is $2 per hour with validation, maximum of 4hrs.  The parking garage is open until 6pm. 

    There is metered street parking available.   If your appointment is scheduled for 6pm or later you will have to use metered street parking.  Please call 310.272.5900 if additional clarification is needed.

    H.E.R. was created exclusively with women in mind. No offense gentlemen, but men are accepted by referral only.

    All guests must be at least 18 years old.

    Currently, H.E.R. does not offer gift certificates.  However, they will be offered in the future at which time the site will be updated to reflect this.

    A deposit equal to 50% of the service is required to reserve a space for you. As spaces are limited, the reservation deposit will not be refundable in the event you cancel your appointment. Instead, your deposit will be moved to your rescheduled appointment.

    First cancellation within 24 hours of appointment date/time will get rescheduled to a different date.  Upon a second cancellation, you may be able to reschedule by paying the remaining 50% of the service upon booking.

    If you need to make a change to your reservation,  please provide 24 hours notice.

    Not showing up for an appointment without a prior phone call will result in the full appointment charge.  Please call 310.272.5900 to make adjustments to your reservation and for more information.

    Personally identifiable information, such as your name, zip/postal code, shipping address, billing address, credit card number(s), email address, and home and mobile telephone number when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Warrior Wellness website or H.E.R. store, such as submitting contact forms or purchasing products.

    We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or provide us instore, or if you have given such information to us in any other way.     As is true of most internet services, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files.     Warrior Wellness and H.E.R. do not sell products or services for purchase by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Warrior Wellness website, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Warrior Wellness website.     Spa Etiquette

    Ours is a space of rest and rejuvenation providing a peaceful and relaxing experience for all. Help us continue to support this environment by using spa voices, keeping your cell phone turned off and always engaging in respectful behavior.

    Remain Hydrated

    To make the most of your experience, remember to stay well hydrated before and during your visit. For your safety, please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before your visit.

    Electronic Devices

    We respect our guests’ privacy and peacefulness, so all electronic devices including cell phones, tablets, cameras, and laptops are only allowed in designated areas.

    Cancellations

    Please understand we have reserved an appointment especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid charges. All missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in full or incur a fee.

    Gratuity

    Leaving a tip for your service provider is customary and a nice way to say, “thank you for your care”. Standard hospitality rates suggest a minimum of 20% but gratuity is, of course, at your discretion.

    Promotions

    We are happy to provide our guests with occasional promotions. Each H.E.R. promotion is unique. When participating in a promotion, please be sure to reference the promotional advertisement for specific rules and regulations or inquire when you are making an appointment.
