Hey Everyone!
I’m Eve, Certified and Licensed Massage therapist (CMT/LMT) and founder of Warrior Wellness and its subsidiary, H.E.R. Healing Energy Resource.
Warrior Wellness and H.E.R. were founded in 2023.
Warrior Wellness is an online refuge, haven and network. We are in the business of educating, informing and supporting others in their quests for optimal health, wellness and peace of mind.
H.E.R. is a brick and mortar massage and body treatment space, and a top healing energy resource, exclusively for women, located in Santa Monica, California.
I am a long-time massage therapist and health and wellness enthusiast. I’ve performed thousands of massages and body treatments from Atlanta, Georgia to Northern Virginia to Los Angeles California. I have witnessed miracle healings as I’ve assisted many on their paths to optimal health.
I have personally witnessed the benefits of organic foods, pure water, clean eating, healing herbs and vitamins, regular exercise, and therapeutic massage and body treatments. Some of these benefits include: Reversal of poor and/or unwanted health conditions, weight loss and maintenance, improved sleep, elimination of inflammation, pain elimination and/or management, stress and anxiety reduction, confidence and esteem boosts, anti-aging and peace of mind.
I have also experienced the deep calm of a sound mind and the positive effects a peaceful mind can have on the body and spirit. This can be obtained through meditation/prayer (whatever your spiritual beliefs), reading good books, healthy entertainment, a supportive, non-judgmental environment and a sense of security - physical, financial and emotional, to name a few examples.
I’ve always enjoyed educating, assisting and healing others, and I’ve had a longheld passion and interest in health, wellness and beauty - both inner and outer, as what is inside shines through.
There are many levels to perfect health and I am here (and truly excited) to accompany you on our journey to the gold at the end of the rainbow!
